Three Rivers Performance has a USA Weightlifting club for competitive weightlifters. It focuses on improving the technical execution and strength of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts to enhance explosiveness, strength, and coordination. In each training session, athletes can expect to snatch or clean & jerk, perform a variation of the squat, deadlift or press, and take on other supplemental exercises for the Olympic lifts.
We use many of these Olympic variations with athletes at TRP to help them become faster, stronger, and more powerful for their sport.
