ATHLETE PERFORMANCE

DEVELOP THE ATHLETE. ELEVATE THE GAME.

Our Athlete Performance Program is built for athletes ages 12+ who are ready to take their game to the next level no matter where they're starting from. Whether you're just getting serious about training or preparing for the next level of competition, our program is designed to meet you where you're at and push you forward.

Athletes will be developed in strength, speed, power, and movement quality through a structured system that scales with experience and ability. Everyone trains like an athlete and everyone levels up.

ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS

  • Proper movement mechanics and body control
  • Developmentally appropriate strength and resistance training
  • Acceleration, Max Velocity, and change-of-direction technique
  • Plyometrics and agility progressions to build explosive power
  • Functional mobility and movement quality

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

  • Structured strength training based on experience and ability
  • Olympic lift progressions for athletic development
  • Conditioning tailored to sport demands and energy systems
  • Bodyweight, dumbbell, and barbell training as skills progress
  • Focus on recovery, durability, and injury prevention

CHARACTER & MINDSET

  • Accountability, discipline, and consistency in training
  • Leadership and confidence through challenge and growth
