Coach Hodges is a local small-town coach with big-league experience who made the intentional decision to bring elite-level performance training back to the Coulee Region. He is the Co-Owner and Director of Human Performance at Three Rivers Performance in La Crosse, WI, where he leads athlete development, coaches education, and long-term performance systems.
Eddie’s background spans high school, collegiate, professional, and private-sector performance environments. His coaching philosophy blends speed development, strength training, and human movement with real-world application — bridging the gap between high-level sport science and practical coaching.

- Head Strength & Conditioning Coach – Caledonia High School, contributing to multiple state football championships (2010–2012, 2015–2019); continues to consult with the athletic program

Coach Peckham is the director of ops and lead performance coach at Three Rivers Performance with extensive experience working with athletes across multiple sports and competitive levels. He brings a unique blend of coaching expertise and business operations insight, adding value both on the training floor and behind the scenes.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a degree in Recreation Management, Aaron has spent over nine years coaching football, wrestling, and track & field. His background includes both the education system and high-level competitive environments, allowing him to connect with athletes while maintaining structure, accountability, and long-term development.

- Assistant Football Coach – La Crosse Aquinas, contributing to the 2021 WIAA Division 5 State Championship

Sebastian graduated from University of La Crosse in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
During his time at UWL Sebastian Interned at the Sports Performance Center helping
train the wrestling and track teams. Additionally, he worked as a personal trainer at the YMCA
where he gained experience working with different age groups and special populations.
One of his favorite experiences was working as a head instructor for the Live Strong Program, helping cancer patients and survivors build back their strength and stamina.
Seb believes that the process of getting strong and athletic should be something we look
forward to. Whether it’s making a program specific to a sport or creating something sustainable
for a busy lifestyle the key is that you enjoy the process because if you like it, you’ll stick to it.
He continues to coach and train clients with this philosophy with the end goal improving
performance and cultivating a healthier lifestyle.

Zack Gilbertson is a performance coach at Three Rivers Performance and a Galesville native with deep ties to the local athletic community. A former student at Winona State University, Zack completed his strength and conditioning internship at TRP before continuing to build his coaching experience in the private sector.
After working as a coach at Unity Fitness, Zack returned to Three Rivers Performance, where he now coach's athletes at Central High School and trains athletes and adults at the TRP facility. His coaching approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, consistent effort, and long-term development.
Zack is passionate about continuing to learn, growing as a coach, and helping local athletes and adults reach their highest potential through structured, intentional training.

Damien Lee is a Sports Performance Coach at Three Rivers Performance who began his journey with TRP as an intern and earned a promotion through his commitment, work ethic, and coaching ability. He primarily works alongside Coach Hodges at Aquinas High School, helping develop athletes through structured, performance-driven training.
Damien holds his NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential and is Get Fast Certified, giving him a strong foundation in strength training, speed development, and movement efficiency. His coaching style focuses on teaching proper mechanics, building confidence, and developing athletes for long-term success.
Damien is passionate about continued learning and helping athletes improve performance both in and out of the weight room.

Alexis is a performance coach at Three Rivers Performance with a strong academic foundation in human movement and athlete development. She graduated from UW–Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at UW–La Crosse.

Alexis is a performance coach at Three Rivers Performance with a strong academic foundation in human movement and athlete development. She graduated from UW–Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at UW–La Crosse.
Alexis has a passion for coaching younger athletes, especially girls, and takes pride in helping them build confidence, strength, and competence in the weight room.
Her coaching style emphasizes proper movement, encouragement, and creating a positive training environment that supports long-term development.
Outside of coaching, Alexis enjoys strength training, cooking new recipes, reading, and going on walks with her fiancée. You’ll often find her in the early mornings lifting at TRP, with the rest of her free time dedicated to her graduate studies.

Outside the gym, she enjoys hikes at local parks or walks around downtown La Crosse, stopping by local businesses and soaking in the community.
