YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

STRONG START. STRONGER FUTURE.

At Three Rivers Performance, our Youth Development Class is designed specifically for kids ages 7–11 who are ready to build a foundation in athletic movement, coordination, and confidence. This program blends fun with fundamentals helping young athletes develop key skills while learning the value of hard work, teamwork, and a positive attitude. 


We don’t just coach movement we teach discipline, character, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle in a supportive, energetic environment.

FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS

  • Introduction to proper movement and body mechanics
  • Focus on coordination, balance, and motor skill development
  • Fun, structured drills that build confidence and keep kids engaged
  • Emphasis on listening skills, focus, and following directions

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

  • Age-appropriate strength and resistance exercises
  • Running technique, agility, and speed foundations
  • Intro to bodyweight training and movement patterns
  • Safe and effective conditioning for growing athletes

CHARACTER & MINDSET

  • Positive coaching that builds self-esteem
  • Encouragement of teamwork and leadership
  • Development of a growth mindset and work ethic
  • Learning how to train with purpose and integrity
