In order to get to our facility, you will drive past the main entrance and take an Immedient left through a set of gates. Continue to drive back and locate our big Three Rivers Performance sign. Look for the big red doors!

Three Rivers Performance welcomes athletes of all ages, looking to maximize their performance. All classes, appointments, and trainings are led by a coach.
A membership includes an individualized strength and/or speed program, unlimited use of all recovery modalities, all classes, coaches to help you through your session, and accountability to help you reach your goals.
A coach is always on the floor to help you through your personalized training plan. We help hold you accountable, motivate you through the workout, and ensure that you get the most out of your training. Our recovery room will also help you bounce back faster between workouts, practices, or games.
Absolutely! While our primary focus is on athlete development, we train adults at all levels and abilities. Even parents too!
We train a wide variety of different athletes! Our athletes are involved in volleyball, dancing, basketball, football, soccer, track & field, softball, baseball, tennis, golf, swimming, la crosse, and many more.
Price varies by sessions per week and commitment level. Contact us about the different membership options and the pricing.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to accompany you to sign a waiver. Additional items to bring would be a water bottle, workout clothes, gym shoes, and anything else you would need to complete a workout.
Three Rivers Performance has private bathrooms, but no showers available at this time. Personal items can be placed in our lockers in the back during your workout.
With school and work life being so busy for our clients, our busiest hours are 3-5pm. If you can come either in the morning or later afternoon that would be best. Check out schedule out as well!
