2023 SUMMER CAMPS

 Welcome to Three Rivers Performances summer camps! Our sport performance program uses Olympic lifts, plyometrics and speed training to help athletes reach their full potential. Our expert trainers adapt each class for proper progression of skills, ensuring athletes build a solid foundation before progressing.


Youth Camp

Junior Camp

Our youth camp will focus on the fundamentals of exercise and athletic development including exercises and drills designed to enhance the overall physical fitness of young athletes. These classes may include activities such as strength training, speed development, agility drills, and flexibility exercises.

The goal of such a program is to help young athletes develop a strong foundation of physical fitness that can serve as the basis for more advanced training as they get older. By emphasizing proper technique and form, coaches can help athletes avoid injury and develop good habits that will serve them well throughout their athletic careers.

Overall, a youth sports performance class that sticks to the fundamentals of exercise and athletic development can be an effective way to help young athletes develop the physical skills they need to excel in their sport and stay healthy and injury-free.


Ages: 8-12

Junior Camp

Junior Camp

 Our Junior Camp will utilize Olympic lift progressions, plyometrics, and speed training that would focus on developing explosive power, speed, and agility. This class would build upon the foundational skills learned in introductory classes and would help athletes improve their athletic performance. The class would incorporate Olympic lifts such as the snatch, clean and jerk, and their variations to develop explosive power, strength, and flexibility. Plyometric exercises such as box jumps, depth jumps, and medicine ball throws would be used to improve explosive power, speed, and jumping ability. Speed training would focus on improving the athlete's sprint mechanics, acceleration, and top-end speed. Coaches would provide individualized feedback and support to help athletes reach their full potential. In addition, the class would incorporate injury prevention techniques, recovery strategies, and nutrition education to help athletes maintain optimal health and performance. Mental skills such as focus, goal-setting, and visualization would also be practiced to help athletes prepare mentally for competition.

Elite Camp

 Our Elite Camp is designed for athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. This program is designed to challenge athletes both mentally and physically, pushing them to their limits and beyond. With a focus on strength, power, speed, and agility, our expert trainers will work with you to develop a personalized program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our program utilizes the latest training techniques, including Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and speed training, to help you reach your full potential. Join us today and take your performance to new heights! 


Ages: 15+ or have at least 2 years of lifting experience


Mon-Thurs

 10am or 6pm


COST: $525

Fast Fridays, the ultimate speed-based training class! Our program is designed to help athletes of all levels improve their speed, agility, and quickness. Each class will focus on a variety of drills and exercises specifically designed to help you develop explosive speed and quickness. Our expert trainers will work with you to improve your running technique, acceleration, and reaction time. Whether you're a runner, soccer player, or just looking to improve your speed, Fast Fridays is the perfect class for you. Join us to see the results for yourself!
