Return to sport

Our Return to Sport program focus on athletes who are returning to their respective sport following an injury. The time frame in the recovery process that our return to sport program would be best for is when an athlete gets cleared to do certain activities at home to just starting back in the weight room. In both an individual and small group setting, athletes are provided customized performance plans based on their personal goals and athletic requirements.


High Performance Rehabilitation

The High Performance Rehabilitation Program is a fully-customized performance therapy and sports performance program built for athletes who are cleared to do certain activities from their PT or doctor.


Throwing Progression

The goal of our Throwing Progression Program is to return each athlete to his or her respective sport with less pain and improved performance following an injury or extended time off. 


Running / Training of Lower Body Progression

After a knee / hamstring / quad injury all of the leg muscles become weak, inhibited, and decondition which reduces their ability to help stabilize the knee during running, jumping, cutting and decelerating. Our running / training progression was put together by respected individuals in our profession.
