SPORTS PERFORMANCE

 At THREE RIVERS PERFORMANCE, sports performance training is the platform for athletic development. Every athlete that walks through our doors receives a personalized training program tailored to accomplish their specific goals. Our outstanding human performance coaches provide multi-dimensional coaching at various competitive levels, from youth to professional athletes and believe that training at a consistent time, with a consistent community is a key to motivation, accountability and success.


In both team and small group training, our coaches work with you on athletic performance optimization, muscle endurance, sport-specific training, and strength training programs geared towards your athletic goals.


Personal Training & Group Training Programs

  • Come as an individual or come as a team. We place all athletes in a smaller group setting and give out personal performance plan based on their unique goals.


Junior Development

  • We help athletes understand the basics of athletic performance training and establishes a foundation for present and future competition.


Small Group Training

  • An elite athlete training service designed for high school, college and professional athletes. Athletes receive cutting-edge performance training to take their sports career to the next level.


Strength, Speed, & Agility

  • An all-encompassing, sports-specific performance program designed to increase an athlete’s overall athletic ability. 


Team Training

  • Does your basketball team, dance team, or youth organization want to train together at TRP? Contact us to set up a customized team workout program based on the sport, time of year and overall team goals.
