At Three Rivers Performance, we focus on mastering sprint mechanics, first working on our TECHnique. This is how every speed and lifting session will start so that eventually we are the best at the basics.
For training speed, it is important to consistently measure results to assess progress. During our speed sessions we time sprints, get better, and then re-time the same sprints.
The last part is tourney, short for tournament. This provides an authentic, competition-based environment to practice our improved technique in a fun and engaging way.
