Three Rivers Performance has a club for competitive weightlifters. It focuses on improving the technical execution of the snatch, clean, and jerk using related lifts to enhance explosiveness, strength, and coordination, helping our athletes becomes faster, stronger, and more powerful.

Participants may engage in exercises such as squats, deadlifts, push-ups, pull-ups, and box jumps among others. The workout is designed to be scalable and suitable for people of all fitness levels, with modifications provided for those who need them. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results.
