“Three Rivers Performance has prepared me for fall camp by pushing to be the best athlete I can be. Three Rivers not only pushed me in the weight room side of football but also in the mobility, recovery and football movements aspect of it. They really help me perfect every single movement whether it was field work or different movements in the weight room. Every time you I walked into Three Rivers Performance; I knew they were going to push me in the right direction.”
" Three Rivers Performance has provided such excellent off-season training for me. The past three years I’ve played soccer and ran track at Lenoir-Rhyne in NC. When I’m home during college breaks, I train at TRP. The coaching staff here is so knowledgeable and encouraging it makes the sessions very enjoyable. I return to school in shape and ready for the next season because of TRP. I have benefited from the strength training, speed training, and recovery services. In addition, TRP has allowed me to grow as a coach through giving soccer lessons at their facility. I cannot recommend TRP enough!"
"As a competitive collegiate dance team, strength training is a huge component of our season. Eddie and his team have taken this aspect of coaching off my plate and allowed me to focus on other things. It's important to note: not all trainers know how to train dancers! Dance is a nontraditional sport, and dancers are unique athletes. The team at TRP has done their research to know the exact training plan needed for our sport and our level of competition. Eddie has taken the time to meet with me on several occasions to check in, learn more about our sport, and make sure he and his team are meeting our needs.
I'm extremely pleased with the level of high intensity training, professionalism, and knowledge that the team at TRP provides to my athletes. Each session the trainers have the training plan prepared, they demonstrate each movement, and provide feedback - our dancers just need to show up and work hard. The D1 level recovery equipment available to our athletes as TRP members is an added bonus.
TRP has become a second home to many girls on our team, and the success we've had in our program since we started at TRP is certainly no coincidence!"
"When I joined Three Rivers Performance it was just 3 racks, some dumbbells, and bikes by the window. To see how much the facility has evolved in only a few years is really amazing. I feel like I truly grew along with the facility itself. It just goes to show that Eddie and his staff believe in the process of development. If you are willing to put in the work, they can help you achieve the results that you want. For me, I wanted to become faster and stronger to perform better in the cage and on the mats. Eddie helped me achieve those goals and showed me how much potential I have. Constantly helping me adjust programs to work around injuries and different training periods. I am truly thankful for Eddie and TRP. My ultimate goal is to bring a championship back to Three Rivers Performance as an appreciation for everything that they have done for me."

“Three Rivers Performance has had a positive impact on my whole family. My son’s Nick and Will were the first to train with Eddie before their sports season’s - Will as a running back on Aquinas football team and Nick as a Wing on the University of Minnesota Men’s Rugby team. They both saw huge gains in strength and speed which lead to an increase in their performance for the season. My son Joe used it to build strength as he prepared for his senior year as a member of the University of Wisconsin Air-force ROTC program. It also built a special bond and commodore for all my boys to lift together every day while promoting discipline. As an adult they customize workouts to not only increase strength and mobility, but also prevent injury while increasing energy and overall physical health. I learned a lot about football and how to train my body. While training at Three Rivers Performance we didn’t just focus on the physical but also the mental side of things. Coach Hodges was willing to talk at any time. That meant a lot to me knowing I can trust the person I was talking to. Lifting at Three Rivers Performance was the best time of my life. Lifting there I grew as an athlete and a better person. “Practice what you preach” is a saying I was taught growing up and coach Eddie is a prime example of that saying.
